Fabrikam needed to raise throughput on two aerospace subassembly cells without extending the building. Contoso re-laid the material flow around a modular conveyor loop and replaced the legacy drives with variable-speed units.

A distribution center running three shifts had outgrown its sortation. We phased in Contoso conveyor and scanning over eleven weekends so the site never lost a shipping day, then handed over a single controls platform.
